Failure vs Success

I love this quote - I just wish I knew who actually came up with this idea, since it is so very true.

failure and success.

How many times have we failed at something, and although we have learned something as well, we have a really difficult time accepting it?

How many times have we succeeded at something, and have a really difficult time accepting the praise and "atta boy/girl" that comes with that success?

Is there a pattern there? It's like that fine line between love and hate ..... failure and success.
