As hot as it has been this week, and still is today, I am at a loss as to what to make for dinner tonight.
I just received a box of DaVinci Pasta, tortellini, from a "contest" on their facebook page a few weeks ago. I have nothing defrosted (but I'm sure there is some stuff I can quickly defrost in the freezer) as well as cans of beans and such in my pantry room (ok its the basement).
I'm looking for suggestions - other than 1) calling for pizza or 2) reservations. Although I will admit both sound pretty good right now.
