This blog is a personal blog owed, written and edited by Kathie Meller.  As the owner of this blog I may have been compensated to review products, or services, advertising, websites and various other topics.

Even though I, as the owner of this blog, may have received compensation for my posts or advertisements, I will always give my honest opinions, findings, beliefs, or experiences on these items. The views and opinions expressed on this blog are purely my own.

Any product claim, statistic, quote or other representation about a product,  pictures or service can be verified with the manufacturer, provider or the party in question. I hold no responsibility for the claim of the manufacturers or the companies making the offer.

I believe in an honest relationship, opinion and identity, and will abide by word of mouth marketing standards.  If any compensation has been received, it will not influence the advertising content, topics or posts made in this blog. Guidelines for Reviews

1. Reviews are free of charge in exchange for products to review. Please be advised that sample sizes are generally not sufficient to give a proper review. 
2. Product must be shipped at sponsor's expense and will not be returned
3. Reviews are generally posted  2-3 weeks after receiving the product. This gives adequate time for test/reviewing and posting.
4. A link to the social media outlets of the company will be placed in the blog post with the review, if provided by sponsor. 
5. Reviews are 100% honest.  They will be my opinion based on my review.  Any negative remarks/comments will be discussed with the sponsor prior to any post.
6. Giveaways are optional, but are encouraged for even larger exposure. 

Guidelines for all Giveaways

1. Giveaway items are to be shipped by the company to the winner. I will provide the winner information to the sponsor within approximately 1 week of giveaway end.
2. Giveaways usually run for 2 weeks depending on whether it is a in a group event or an individual giveaway run on my site alone.
3. All Giveaways are set up through Rafflecopter.com and winner(s) are selected by the Rafflecopter site.  I will verify all entries prior to the winner(s) being selected
4. During the giveaway, I will provide links to your social media as an option to enter the giveaway. Our social media links will also be added as an entry option. From time to time other bloggers may be added to the entry form to help promote the giveaway. 

Review Policies

We strive to meet all FTC guidelines in our reviews. We will disclose that we received the product for review purposes but we are  providing the review based on our experiences.  If this results in a negative opinion, we will contact the sponsor directly to see if it is something that can be "fixed".  But we will NOT report that we like any product that we do not.  In other words, being provided the product free of charge, do not guarantee a good review.

Products provided for review are NOT returned, even if the review is not the glowing review the sponsor wanted.  If the review is not what the sponsor wanted, and requests in writing that the review NOT be posted, the product will NOT be returned nor will the sponsor be compensated for the product provided.

We request that all products submitted for review have a retail value of at least $25.  

All links will be "nofollow" links as is required to be in compliance with Google’s Webmaster Terms of Service in regards to paid links. 

Giveaway Policies

Giveaways may be included as part of a Review, but you must send us a review product AND agree to send the giveaway winner an identical product or advise difference in advance, although not specifically required.  

We will not require anyone to like your Facebook page, visit your website or make a purchase. However, we will provide these as an additional, optional entry to the giveaway.  

Finally, you must agree to ship the product directly to the winner or if sent it to us, we must be compensated for all shipping costs.

Advertising

We do accepting advertising at reasonable rates.  Generally we like buttons that are not overly large, but will review banners and large buttons.
