Let me explain what I mean. You can be friends, close or otherwise, for years and then for no reason or through no fault of your own, they are gone. They may not actually be gone from where you are, they are just moving in different circles or just don't want to "be friends". They may or may not be able to tell you why things have changed. But they have. Of course you are hurt.
Some times years later, sometimes many many years later, there they are. You are moving in the same circle. You have some of the same friends. What happened? Not sure why they left or even why they are back. And sometimes, probably more often than not, they are gone again. This time maybe for good. Once again, you are hurt.
Perhaps here is an explanation as to why this has happened.
You have been part of their journey called "life" and they have been part of yours.
Their journey and yours are not the same, they just happened to converge for a time.
They have been part of the journey that is making you what YOU were meant to be all along.
Just as you have been a part of theirs.
