Pressure Cooker Chicken Tortellini
Place 2 boneless skinless chicken thighs (or breasts) in bottom of pressure cooker.In the Quick Chef Pro chop
- 1/4 to 1/2 onion
- 2 celery stalks
- 2 carrots
- small clove garlic
And place on top of the chicken.
Add 2 handfuls of fresh baby spinach, rough chopped
and cover with a bag of frozen cheese tortellini (I used 19 oz bag).
Mix 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and water and pour over top of mixture.
Add chicken broth to fill line, and press food under liquid.
Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes.
Enjoy a wonderful dinner with some crusty bread any night this winter

Definitely making things dinnner!!! Can't wait! Too cold for normal, need something healthy, homemade, and warms the belly!
