Happy is the MINIMUM we will accept!

Here's another steal borrow from my Sister.  This is perfect!

Now lets set out to learn how to be Happy (and no it does not mean with THINGS) - that's our first step.  I know we can do it.  Then the next step will be "easier" since we know how good Happy Feels!

I think happiness is an attitude. For me it starts with my relationship with God and grows from there.

I wish there was a secret to being happy all the time. Although I am happy more than not, sometimes I'll let the stupid little things bring me down. Even though I know they aren't important, sometimes its hard to convince my mood.

As I've gotten older I am far less tolerant of spending time with people who aren't happy; they bring me down.
I look in the mirror every morning and crack a huge grin...and I remind myself to smile throughout the day. After all, smiling is more than halfway to happy, at least in my world.

It is very true that you have to find happiness within yourself and not from other people. I have also found that as I've gotten older and found my own happiness that I have a greater understanding and tolerance towards people that people are blocked by being happy from some form of fear base.

I am impatient with whining and complaining. Happy's much easier!

To me, happiness is fleeting. You can be happy about finding a bargain, happy that your kids are coming to visit... More important is contentment, that peaceful feeling that stays with you. I am contented.
