In one of the recent emails I received was a giveaway that just about knocked my socks off - which of course I entered - but I know in my heart I have to pass it on to others as well. I know I have been looking at some of these recipes and thinking about WHEN I can make these and betting that no one will know there is some sort of vegetable in there.
