Week 14 in our Journey through "Life's Little Instruction Book"
60) Admit your mistakes
Nothing is worse than never admitting you aren't perfect. Everyone is human and that means we ALL make mistakes. Your first mistake is forgetting that.
61) Ask someone to pick up your mail and daily paper when you're out of town. Those are the first two things potential burglars look for.
Everything you can do to make your home look "occupied" when you are out of town keeps the burglar guessing.
62) Use your wit to amuse, not abuse
To relieve stress, your wit is a wonderful thing - laughter is a great medicine - using it to make someone feel bad is a bitter pill.
63) Remember that all news is biased.
All news is reported by humans. All humans have opinions. All opinions are the basis of bias. Look for the facts and come to your own conclusions.
