It's the Mid November Tupperware Brochure for the Holidays

The mid November brochure is available now for all kinds of gifts for the holidays!  We have so many possibilities for you, your family and friends for this holiday season!

The Noah's Ark is so cute and is a vintage Tupper Toy that will go back in the vault after this brochure is over.  So you really want to grab this one quick from my Tupperware Site.  I know I have one for "future" grandchildren since my kids are too old for "toys" but one day ....

There is this one week buy that is great for everyone.  You can pick this up on my Tupperware Site ONLY until Friday Nov 20th.  If you are a baker, or buy for one, this Large Carry-all is perfect.  It will hold 25 pounds of sugar, probably 15 pounds of flour and all kinds of "chips".  I can see this for a big stash of chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, butterscotch chips and more!  

But I can also see these for your kids too. How about a Lego carrier?  Or keep your kids occupied on "road trips" to grandma's house by putting in some coloring books, crayons, our stencils and paper, barbies and her clothes and shoes.  I can even see this being used for video games and those hand held game controllers.  
Are you a sales person?  This could be a great mobile office for your car. Always have your brochures, literature, order forms and more in easy reach.  It would be a win for everyone. This is a great price at $32 each but with all the possibilities, taking the buy 6 option is a steal, saving you $4 per container!  I may just have to stock-up on more too.

As is our norm, here are the short term pieces that are available ONLY until November 27th from my Tupperware Site that would be perfect for gift giving.  The Canisters for Hanukkah and the TupperElves are 2 cup capacity that would be great for cookies or candies or homemade hot chocolate mix to share with friends and neighbors.

Sweet Holiday Memories Hop

Many of you have started getting things together for your holiday celebrations, unless you are like me and seem to always wait until the 1st of December.  I know whether it is Christmas or Hanukkah the preparation always takes time so we start early or try to.

Chocolate Cinnamon Pretzels

I can definitely see these in a nice container for neighbor or teacher gifts.  Or even as a "lets watch a movie" night snack.  
Tupperware has some nice canisters for the holidays, so I hope you will check it out.

I just really love that the Tupperware Stack Cooker can be used for all kinds of things. You can use it for full meals, for individual parts of a meal or for desserts and snacks like these.  
I think these would be great for this snack as a gift for friends/neighbors but don't wait only available until Nov 27th!

Intuition

We need to trust our intuition, not only trust it to be there, but to trust that it is telling us something we NEED to know.

If you haven't listened to your intuition, or if it has been a long time since you have, it may take time for it to "sink in" that you are being told something.

LISTEN 

Sometimes that's all it takes .... and you could be saved from a mistake.  It could be that you NEED to have someone in your life, or take a certain path.  OR it could be to stop you from making the wrong move, having the wrong people in your life, or doing the wrong something that your own intuition is trying to tell you not to do.

Have you listened for your intuition?  Have you been saved from something because of this thing called intuition?

More Mixes to make - Onion Soup Mix

I know I have a few boxes of Onion Soup Mix in my Pantry, but I was really hoping to find a recipe that I could make so I didn't have to spend so much on pre-packaged mixes.  You know how I really like to do the home-made thing so I know what's in the mix, so we aren't having too many preservatives in our food.  And lets face it - its cheaper to make your own!

I found this one on, again on my "new best friend's" blog Hillbilly Housewife.  At this rate, I'm going to have to pick up even more of the Tupperware Modular Mates from my Tupperware Site .... but I guess its better than boxes of "prepackaged" stuff with all kinds of sodium and other "hidden" things.

Onion Soup Mix

• 3/4 cup instant minced onion
• 1/3 cup beef bouillon powder
• 4 teaspoons onion powder
• 1/4 teaspoon crushed celery seed
• 1/4 teaspoon sugar

Combine everything and then store in an airtight container. 

5 tablespoons of the mix equal one package of onion soup mix. 

Veterans Day 2015

Today is Veteran's Day. It is the day we have set aside to honor those who have served this country in our military.

 
We should be honoring these men and women every day, but today is the day the Federal Government has set to honor those with US military service.

It is also the anniversary of the signing of the Armistice ending World War I, which is observed in many countries around the world.  
This is just my little thanks to each and every Veteran and his or her family for your sacrifice and service.

Today, if not every day, please thank the Veteran for their service.  
In many cases, whether you can see it or not, they have given far more for your safety and freedom than you will ever know.

And if you can, make a donation to the Wounded Warrior Project or visit your local Veterans Hospital and spend some time with those who may be far from home still and in need of a smile or a hug or just an ear to listen.
