I know it has been a long week. Sometimes I bet you didn't think you would make it, BUT you DID! And I have to remind you that you are not alone. YOU, yes YOU, are an inspiration to others ...
With so many things happening in the world today, we may just need this reminder. Keep your eyes OPEN.
We need to keep looking for the next opportunity instead of lamenting the closing of something we wanted or were doing. We could be missing out on those things that we thought were impossible. Thank you Alexander Graham Bell Thank you AZ QuOtes
I saw this one and thought this would be good for just about everyone. I love seeing the Tupperware Recipes. Yes they are made for Tupperware products, and yes I do like most of the products that are available on my Tupperware Site ... but many can be made without them ... just, possibly not as easy. If you want any Tupperware products, just clink on the links in the recipes or in the post and check them out on my Tupperware Site. Or just leave me a message and I will get back to you.
I have been sick for the past few days and dealing with issues with my mother in law and her health but this just looks so good and so easy I had to share.

So with the start of the new year, we here in the East are being challenged with Winter Storm Grayson.
They say this storm is going to be pretty bad. The Weather Channel (among others) is calling for it to undergo something called bombogenesis. Which really doesn't sound like a good thing.
Right now we have fine snow falling, but I am not going to be fooled by this, I know that this fine stuff can accumulate pretty fast. Many places, including New Jersey, are being warned about white out conditions with this storm.
Virginia Beach, shown here, looks like it is getting hit pretty bad, according to the Weather Channel. My son has also confirmed that it isn't "pretty".
I think there are going to be some interesting days ahead with lots of folks either hunkering down at home (those that are being smart) or some cold folks walking away from abandoned cars or accidents. Please be smart and stay home ... too many ways to get hurt in this kind of weather. Especially if you are in a part of the East that normally doesn't get this kind of weather. But lets see where everyone is from and what kind of weather they are seeing. How much of the "white stuff" are they calling for where you are? I'm in New Jersey and they are calling for anywhere from 2-4 inches in the western part of the State to 16-18 inches near the coast!
Here's my backyard this morning ... I forgot to bring in my wind chimes (the double black hook at bottom center) so this should be fun ... they will either be frozen or hopefully I will be able to bring them in once it stops. Wish me luck!
And of course wish you all a very Happy New Year! I have stopped making New Years Resolutions (I guess I realized that the more I resolved to do something, the less likely I was to accomplish it). How about you? Do you make New Years Resolutions? If so, what are you going to do or not do this year?
Whatever you do ... whatever you are setting out to accomplish, my wish is that YOU will accomplish ANYTHING that you put your mind to. Let's get this year Started ... Get it Started on a Positive Note. Hope to see you soon and often.
