Earth Day 2014 Giveaway

I bet you already know this BUT just in case you "missed it" Earth Day is coming soon.  
Do you know how Earth Day got started?

Earth Day is now an annual event, that is celebrated on April 22, where events are held to show support for environmental protection. It was first celebrated in 1970, and is now coordinated by the Earth Day Network all over the world.  It is now celebrated in more than 190 countries each year.  

WOW pretty awesome when you think about it - and that's 44 years of celebrations!!

One of the things we can do to protect our environment is to drink MORE water (which is also wonderful for your health) in REUSABLE cups/glasses and bottles, so we aren't filling our landfills with all those single use plastic bottles.  
I know it can be difficult to find reusable bottles that are 1) easy to clean 2) fun to use and 3) don't leak!  I know these were some of my pet peeves about some of the reusable bottles.  

But of course you know I have my "source" for great bottles that meet those "must haves".

Saying good bye is never easy.

If you didn't decide to do it yesterday, lets decide to take the chance to make changes in our lives.

Lets decide to not live with regrets.  At least not regrets for things we COULD have changed!

I saw this posted on a friends FB page and thought it was PERFECT.

I know that there are times that I wish things were different.
Sometimes I wish I could change things, and think things would be better, or at least different.

But I admit ... sometimes I am just afraid to take the chance that it won't be better.

I think this will become my mantra.  Especially if I am afraid to take a chance ... and want a change!
