Candied Nuts for all occasions

This would be a great recipe for the holidays but any kind of entertaining would be "enhanced" with this simple recipe you made.

Ingredients:

• 1 egg white
• 1 tsp Cinnamon-Vanilla Seasoning
• 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
• 2 tbsp White Sugar (granulated)
• 8.75 oz mixed salted nuts

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees
2. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring until evenly coated
3. Spread out the nut mixture over a Silicone Wonder Mat that was placed on a cookie sheet
4. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring half way through.
5. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes to cool
6. Serve immediately
7. Or place in a sealed container

OR
If you have a Stack Cooker, you can use that to make this in 3 minutes in the microwave!

1. Combine all ingredients in the 1 3/4 qt Casserole of the Stack Cooker, stirring until evenly coated.
2. Microwave for 3 minutes on high.
3. Stir to make sure all is coated and evenly combined
4. Spread out on a Silicone Wonder Mat placed on a cookie sheet
5. Place in freezer for 10 minutes.
6. Serve immediately
7. OR place in a sealed container 

Would be great for housewarming gifts too.
