I can honestly say that I have started steaming my veggies and looking at some of the great recipes I have found for "main dishes". I even have a "collection" of recipes for the SmartSteamer that I am going to be trying. And just recently I found this really interesting Website that has some really really great looking/sounding recipes just for this awesome piece.
When I found that I was able to steam my food in the microwave, truly steam not micro cook, I was much more excited about steaming. I have tried to steam on the stove, but it somehow always seemed to be either overcooked or "scorched".
With my Tupperware SmartSteamer - I have not had this problem at all. It has been so much easier!
I haven't tried this yet, but they say you can make hard boiled eggs, perfect every time, in the SmartSteamer. So I will be trying this one really soon so that I can add the protein of the eggs to my daily "meals".

This does sound healthy and easy but I'm still into roasting or baking my veggies with a little olive oil and salt and pepper in the oven. Throw in a few garlic cloves and it's heaven. But I will take a look at the Tupperware. I also like that "they're not your grandmother's Tupperware anymore"!
I would so love to win the Smart Steamer. I just had another party with a different consultant and didn't get enough credits to get everything I wanted. The SmartSteamer was one of the those things.
