When I first saw this, I will be honest, I thought I had read it wrong.
I thought it was $100, which would still be pretty nice, but WOW $1,000?

I know that there are LOTS of things that I could use these funds for. I mean, my son just bought a house, my birthday falls in the middle of this giveaway, my daughter is a Junior in College (read heavy tuition and books), my birthday is in the middle of this giveaway, I really want to get a generator just in case we have a Fall/Winter like last year ..... shhhh don't want to think about that right now and jinx myself. See I told you I could find uses for these funds. How about you? Tell me what you would do if you won. Would you be "practical" or do you have something that you would love to splurge on?

I'd love to have this for holiday gift time, which is approaching quickly! Been a bit "expensive" lately with college tuition, son's new house, life in general.

I'd split the money with my mother. She's having a really hard time right now :(
I would replace one of our really old appliances, probably the fridge.
I would pay it to the debt I owe for my daughter's college.
I would take a vacation!
I would help my mom with her bills, she works hard for her age and her hours have been cut more and more, that money could help take off some of the burden during the Holidays.

I would put some away for the winter heating bills and get the car tuned up
