I LOVE Stonewall Kitchen products and my kitchen stove is a Viking  so I already know 2 of the 3 products included in this package - and both are top notch so I am sure that NIman Ranch Meats are pretty awesome too (and the selected meats included look so perfect for summer grilling!)
