Did you know that makes you a Leap Baby? I have a cousin who is a Leap Baby ..... I think that makes him really really young - I mean he only has to increase his age every 4 years, right?! I think that means he can't legally drink yet - even though he's in his late 30s (I think)
No seriously, all kidding aside. Do you know how "special" it is to have a birthday today?

My husbands grandmother was born on leap year and I have heard funny stories about how she liked to joke about how young she was!
A cousin is of mine is only 8 yrs old - so he says. He gets a special cake on the 29th and has the choice of Feb 28 or March 1 to celebrate - cute
I think that having your birthday on February 29 is special. You can still celebrate it every year on February 28. :)
I think being a Leap Year baby would be pretty darn cool!
