  1. I am loving homemade gazpacho soup and this would enable me to have the veggies finer than a hand chop.

  4. I am pretty sure that the first thing that would be made would be a smoothie by my 10 year old. She loves smoothies for breakfast and this would be great for her to use. They usually consist of milk, strawberries, bananas, and mango or peaches substituted for the strawberries.

  5. I would use it to chop banana's first for my oatmeal banana muffins! This would be so mach more compact than the blender!
It would also work great for my daily (yes daily) batch of guacamole that I add my homemade salsa too!
Wish I had this when my 3 year old was little....I made all of my own baby food and this would have saved a lot of time!
It would also be great for smoothies when traveling!

  6. My food processor broke not too long ago, and I have been looking to replace it with a much nicer model as soon as I can save up enough. I have a blender, so I tried making these no-bake apple pie bars in them. The dried apples blended just fine, but the dates got stuck in the blade because they were so sticky. Needless to say, that ended up being a hassle since I had to do a lot of smaller batches! The bars were delicious, though.

I would definitely make those again with something like this--fingers crossed that they wouldn't get too stuck on the blade in this. Thanks for bringing this product to my attention--definitely a good alternative to a food processor for a little while.
