    I am "Irish" by my late husband. We were married on St. Patrick's Day. We always would surprise our neighbors by decorating their house and I still do it now, even though I am remarried and live 2 miles away. This has been going to for over 11 years! Definitely Irish by love!

  32. I am not Irish, but my husband is and we celebrate St Paddy's day in a big way! If the weather is right, we usually go tho the big parade in NYC and make a whole day of it with our entire family! We even have dinner at our In Laws who continue the celebration the old fashion way!

  119. We go really crazy on Saint Patrick's Day because my husband is 1/2 Irish and very proud of it. We eat homemade Irish Soda Bread and corned beef and cabbage. I also make a homemade rice pudding for him. We usually go to the Irish bar near us and have a couple of pints too. And always wear green!
