Parmesan Potato Wedges made easy with Tupperware |
Ingredients
- 3 russet potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. Italian Herb Seasoning
- 1 tsp. coarse kosher salt
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded using the Grate Master Shredder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450° F
- Combine ingredients in a medium Thatsa bowl, seal and shake until potatoes are coated.
- Spread out potatoes onto baking sheet lined with Silicone Wonder® Mat.
- Bake 25–30 minutes, until potatoes are tender and deep golden brown.
I will definitely be keeping this one in the ready for all those times you want something "different" to do with potatoes to go with dinner ...
