I saw this one and just had to share.
So many of us are running around trying to do everything, have everything, because we THINK we NEED them.
Sometimes we just have to stop and realize what we are doing.
When what we really need to do is just stop and breathe.
So are you with me?
Are you willing to take the time to just breathe?
You may just find that all those things that you were chasing, those things that you thought that you really NEEDED ...
you don't.
Oh and taking time to breathe?
Just might make you feel so much better.
