Lets start with the Derma Roller. One of the first things I noticed was how the roller "pins" were so thin, almost needle-like but not pin sharp. If you run your finger over the roller head it almost feels like the "pointy" side of velcro. I'm sure if you pushed really hard it might just hurt but when you gently run the roller back and forth over your skin in a horizontal, vertical and even diagonal motion a couple of times you start to feel a tingle that is very nice. The roller will help to stimulate the natural collagen production under your skin without leaving bruising or a discoloration that can happen with other methods.
Over the course of my using the Derma Roller these past few weeks, I have found that my old acne scars are being reduced. I will admit that after the first few uses, although I didn't know what to expect, I really didn't think anything was happening. But lately I have been noticing that some of the scars/redness are less noticeable and I'm using less makeup to cover them. I've been using this every couple of days and find that it also helps to use less moisturizer, but it seems to be absorbed more.
Petunia Skincare's Revitalize Eye Serum has been a winner for me from the first week. As an accountant, this is going to be my "busiest" time of year and I was hoping that this product would be what I needed to keep the bags under my eyes from having bags this year. I have to say that it really does work and works much better than I thought it would. Now I won't say that the puffiness under my eyes is completely gone (but then again limited sleep will do that to you) but it has definitely made a difference and I believe it will keep my eyes looking less "puffed" and less "tired" this tax season.

They say you can use this product twice a day, I have been using the Eye Serum every morning as part of my regular routine and then in the evening when I look in the mirror and see "tired eyes". I think that is what has been making me feel better by the end of the day. There is no greasy feeling to the Serum, but it does "cool" the skin under my eyes after a long day. The real test will be how my eyes look/feel by the middle of April! You really don't need to use very much, just a little "dab" will do it, so the product will last so that you can see some great results.
The final product in this trio was the Hyaluronic Acid Serum. Although you can use this product under your makeup, I have found that I like it better at night. At first I had put much too much of the product on my face and found it didn't absorb into my skin and left me with an "itchy" feeling. To say I wasn't a fan at that point was an understatement. BUT I kept trying to get the "dose" correct, from the dropper because I wanted to give it a fair try. Once I got the amount down (my product bottle had a dropper instead of a pump) that itchy feeling was gone and the product was being absorbed into my skin without having to "wipe it off" so that I could leave the bathroom. Because the product is a thicker liquid, having it in a dropper bottle made it harder to figure out how much to use each time.
Now that I have the usage amount down, I have been using it every other night at the end of the day after I take off my makeup. I don't know about you, but I always feel like my skin is dryer and tighter after I take off my makeup and not in a good way. Since I've been using this product, I'm finding that I don't have that "dry" feeling as I have in the past. This is definitely a good product to help bring moisture back to your skin, fight those fine lines and keep your skin young looking. And we all like that idea right?
I have to say that as a whole, these three products are the perfect combination for everyone but especially for those of us who are over 30. They seem to work well together as a "skin rescue" even when you don't think / realize that was exactly what you needed.
