Skinny Carb Cauliflower Salad

This one is great for those of us that are trying to get our family to eat more veggies.  
It really is a smart idea and really easy with the Tupperware Smart Steamer.

With this recipe, you get to decide on how well "chopped" the cauliflower will be using the Quick Chef Pro.  Do you want "larger" pieces?  Want it to be smaller bits?

I bet you could use this idea to cook the Cauliflower in the Smart Steamer and then do a smaller chop with the Quick Chef Pro and then "hide" the cauliflower in with potatoes to make a "mashed" potato that no one would know had cauliflower in it!
