Cheese Creme Caramel

OMG .... that's all I can say.  I will definitely try this one.  My Father In Law would have loved this one .. it was his FAVORITE dessert when we went to a restaurant in the Iron Bound section of Newark.   Just another thing that makes Tupperware an AMAZING company to work for - FABULOUS recipes that work so well with all their products.

Cheese Créme Caramel
This cross between custard and cheese cake is also known as flan de queso, although spoonfuls of heaven might be more accurate.
Serves: 10
¼ cup bottled caramel syrup
4 large eggs
14-oz./400 mL can sweetened condensed milk
12-oz./350 mL can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
¼ tsp. coarse kosher salt
8-oz./225 g package whipped cream cheese, room temperature
Preheat oven to 375° F/190° C. Pour caramel syrup into bottom of UltraPro 1.75-Qt./1.8 L Loaf Pan. Combine remaining ingredients in base of Power Chef™ System fitted with Whip Accessory. Cover and turn handle until mixed. Pour mixture over caramel, place loaf pan in UltraPro 3.5-Qt./3.3 L Lasagna Pan filled halfway with hot water. Bake 50–55 minutes, or until a knife inserted into center comes out clean. Refrigerate overnight or until thoroughly chilled. Invert pan over desired serving dish to unmold.
