There are so many things that can inspire us to have a great day.
Sometimes you just have to take off the blinders and open your eyes.

Stop doing these things TODAY
This one I really like. Sometimes I admit, they are very very difficult to stop. It may be, at least in the beginning, something that you need to remind yourself of EVERY day. Yes it is that important.
Shall we agree to start stopping these things TODAY?
