Atomic Wall Clock

I don't know about you, but one of the things I really dislike is resetting my clocks after power outages.  With the coming "white stuff" that inevitably shows up in January and February with at least some "flickering" of power, I was really dreading it even more.   I really hate climbing up on a chair or step-stool to take down the clock, make the changes and then get the clock back up. With a clock in every room, or almost every room, that just becomes a real chore.

With the Accuon Atomic Wall Clock, those days are over!  The clock will "reset" itself each night, to make sure you have the perfect time. 

As it is battery operated, I don't have to worry about the power outages to come. And because it is self setting, radio controlled, I know that I have at least one clock that will always be correct.

When I first agreed to review this product, I didn't realize that it also had a perpetual calendar and indoor temperature feature. Both of which are really nice features.  Oh and it also has a Daylight Savings switch, so no more climbing to reset that clock twice a year!

Another great feature is the ability to use it on a desk with a desk stand that is included as part of the design.

The face of the clock is bright enough, yet has enough contrast, to be used on a desk top or on a wall.  

I've put mine on the wall in my office, above the arch so it is really close to the ceiling.  Even with that, I don't have to worry about whether the light outside my office is on or off.  

I also like that it is really easy to set up. All you really need to do is put in the batteries and let it do its thing, after midnight your clock will be set based on the time signals supported by your continent.  

Once the signal has been received, you may need to change the time zone or DST setting. The default is Pacific Coast and DST on.  

If your settings haven't changed to where you are, you can easily adjust those.

If for some reason it doesn't show the correct time/date after midnight, you can easily set all the info yourself.   It should then adjust the time each night at midnight.  Mine has each night.
