Here is one that works with all kinds of proteins!
Savory Citrus Marinade
Makes 1 cup
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup canola oil
4 tbsp. Simple Indulgence Steak and Chop Seasoning Blend
Zest of one lime
Place all ingredients in Quick Shake® Container. Replace cover, shake well to blend. '
Place your choice of protein (chicken breasts, pork tenderloin, or flank steak) in the Smart Prep™ System. Add marinade, seal and flip to coat.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour or longer.
Remove meat from marinade, discarding any remaining marinade.
Chicken breasts: 4-5 minutes per side, or until thoroughly cooked. Internal temperature about 165° F.
Pork tenderloin: 12-15 minutes total, turning every 1 1/2-2 minutes until internal temperature 140° F.
Flank steak: 6-8 minutes per side.
I love this Smart Prep System. It works great for marinating but it also works great for when you want to do something with breading. I hate getting "yucky" fingers when you have to turn or take the meat out of a bag full of breading- with this its easy to use tongs to remove (and you don't lose the breading) and the breading is really evenly coating your proteins. This is my go to for marinating and breading.
